The Wilson Housing Authority (WHA) Senior (62+) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Varita Cour is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Print the application available online here. Select the "VARITA COURT APPLICATION" link.Pick up an application Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm ET, at one of the following locations:Forrest Road Homes-502 Parkview St.Whitfield Homes-633 E. Walnut St.E.B. Jordan Homes- 1800-H Fountain Dr.WHA Admin office- 301 E. Nash St.Once the paper application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to one of the locations noted above.This waiting list has the following preferences:Involuntary DisplacementVeteran/HomelessWorking Family Defined as being self-employed, working an average of 20 hours or more a week for at least 11 months, or being seasonally employed for 2 years with the current employer and working 20 hours a week or more).
