There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:Complete the online application.Print the paper application.Apply in person at the HOA Properties office, located at 2161 East 19th St, Owensboro, KY 42303.Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:Emailed to [email protected] to HAO properties, 2161 East 19th Street, Owensboro, KY 42303.Dropped off at the HAO Office, located at address mentioned above.
