The Peoria Housing Authority (PHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Pick up an application at the PHA Administrative Office; located at 100 S Richard Pryor Pl, Peoria, IL 61605; from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.Call (309) 676-8736, Ext. 14079 to request an application by mail.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the Public Housing Eligibility Specialist in the PHA office at the address above; on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Applicants will be interviewed by the Public Housing Eligibility Specialist to review the application for completeness and accuracy. All adult (18+) household members must be present at the interview.
