The Housing Authority of the City of Marion (HACM) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open from February until March, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.There were two ways to apply during the opening period:Download and print the application online.Pick up an application at the HACM office.Once the paper application was completed, it must have been dropped off at the HACM office.This waiting list had the following preferences: Disabled, Live or Work Locally, Homeless, Working/Employed, Rent Burdened, Displaced by Government Action, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live in Substandard Housing, Victims of Hate Crimes. Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.For more information visit the HACM website here.
