The Waterloo Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households. Please note: The WHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families. The WHA offers two Public Housing communities with 50 units for senior/disabled households. To apply, visit the WHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 620 Mulberry Street, Suite 102, Waterloo, IA 50703, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
