The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from May 1, 2019, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period:Download and print the application online here. Scroll down to the "Pre-Application" section, and select the "Public Housing - Pre-Application" link.Complete an application at the PHA central office, located at 400 North 15th Street, Palatka, Florida 32177 from Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm ET.Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:Mailed to P.O. Box 1277, Palatka, FL 32178. You must include two criminal background forms for each household member that is 16 or older.Dropped off at the PHA office, located at 400 North 15th Street, Palatka, Florida, 32177, during office hours.This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, Near Elderly, Disabled, Homeless, Working Families.Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.For more information, visit the PHA Affordable Housing (Public Housing) page, or the PHA website.
