Clark County Veterans Assistance Program provide the following emergency relief to qualified Veterans (persons who have served in the military): Rent Heating and Utilities Food Assistance Transportation Prescription Coverage Burial Assistance Clothing and Tools Emergency Dental Care Referral Services Eligibility Requirements: To receive relief funds, Veterans must meet the following requirements: DD214 Veterans Honorable Discharge. Washington State resident for at least 12 consecutive months immediately prior to application. Clark County resident at time of application. Annual income after taxes within 150% of poverty guidelines. ApplyApplications and the policies for assistance are available online. Please review the policies when completing an application.
