About this program
Project Homeline is a homeless prevention program to help families and individuals maintain their current housing or find affordable housing through case management services, referrals, and/or financial assistance. Clients meet one-on-one with a homeless prevention specialist to determine what is available to assist the household in achieving housing stability. Also has supportive services for veterans and subsidized housing options. Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide a community forum, to assess housing resources, to identify problems, and to create solutions through collaboration.
