Consumer Credit Counseling Services: in-depth one-on-one financial counseling sessions with our Certified Consumer Credit and housing counselors, financial literacy workshops related to budget, credit, home ownership and the Mortgage Payment Program, which is specifically designed to help families keep their home while facing certain hardships.Senior Financial Care Program: A new program that combines workshops with individual counseling for seniors, their caregivers and children, and those who are planning for a future retirement.Financial Education: We are committed to financial literacy, because it is a preventative measure that helps clients avoid crisis situations.Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA): Families facing homelessnessCoordinated Intake (CI): A component of Emergency Housing serves as the lead referral system for all individuals facing housing crisis in Wake County.Rental Assistance Housing Program: Case management program through Wake County and with Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.
