Jobs Housing & Recovery Inc offers homeless men the opportunity to rebuild their lives and return to their families and society as productive, self-sufficient and independent citizens. We provide the tools, information and supportive environment necessary for life-long recovery from substance abuse. JHR provides services to indigent, homeless men in Baltimore City who have a history of chronic substance abuse. The program is open to men of all races, religions, and sexual orientation. JHR offers a continuum of programs that provide homeless clients with opportunities to rebuild their lives.
