ELIGIBILITY: Proof of citizenship or legal alien ID Photo ID of applicant Proof of Hendry Co. residency at least 90 days, unless referred by the Sheriff's Dept., Abuse Shelter, Hendry-Glades Mental Health, or the Red Cross. Proof of Income SS Card # of all family members Be within the 2006 Dept. of Health and Human Services guidelines.
