Also offers emergency shelter. Only electric bill payment funding NOW is for Seniors and the Disabled through Project Deserve for ENERGY customers only. When funds are available will assist with utilities for all income eligible. Call for information. Call to apply. Walk in to apply. Eligibility: Families or individuals with low income can receive bill payment assistance every six months (twice a year). Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Fridays.
