The Housing Authority of the City of Martinsburg (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The HACM offers two Public Housing communities with 327 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an application, located at 703 Porter Ave., Martinsburg, WV 25401, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above on Tuesdays or Thursdays, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The HACM does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by date and time the application is received.
