The Housing Authority of Mingo County (HAMC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families. Please note: The HAMC does not offer a senior/disabled Public Housing program. The HAMC offer once Public Housing community with 35 units, ranging in size from three to four bedrooms. There are four ways to apply:Visit the HAMC to apply in person, located at 5026 Helena Ave., Delbarton WV 25670, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Download an application here, then print and complete.Request an application be mailed to you by calling 304-475-4663, Ext. 306, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Apply online here.Once the paper application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
