The Trempealau County Housing Authority (TCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The TCHA offers one Public Housing community with 60 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the TCHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 36358 Main St, Whitehall, WI 54773, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to P.O.
