Please note: The ECHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households. There are two ways to apply: Visit the ECHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 203 S. Farwell St., Eau Claire, WI 54702-1186, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 1186, Eau Claire, WI 54702-1186, or hand delivered to the address listed above.
