The Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County (HACPFC) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.Please note: As of May 3, 2021, the HACPFC Public Housing page has a button for the online application.
