Select the "Download a Section 8 Program Application" link.Once the application is completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to Rutland Housing Authority, 5 Tremont Street, Rutland, VT 05701.Copies of the following additional documents are required for all members of the household: Birth certificate, Social Security card.This waiting list has the following preferences: Lived in the state of Vermont for at least one year; work or have been notified of hiring in the state of Vermont; head of household or spouse is currently employed, 62 years old or older, or disabled; victim of domestic violence; displaced due to natural disaster; med-waiver applicant.For more information, visit the RHA website.
