The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit/Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments at Grandy Village Revitalization is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on February 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.Please note: According to the NRHA, "Additional eligibility criteria:Employed for past six months and working at least 15 hours per week (unless elderly or disabled household or the primary caretaker of a blind person or a disabled person as defined by the Social Security Act).
