The Tooele County Housing Authority (TCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely.There are two ways to apply:Download and print the pre-application online here.Pickup a pre-application at the TCHA office, located at 66 W Vine St, Tooele, UT 84074.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the TCHA office at the address above.The following preferences have been identified: Victims of domestic violence, displaced, tenants of the TCHA Public Housing program, work in Tooele County, homeless.Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place.
