The Smithville Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 182 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, you must call the SHA to schedule a pre-application interview at (615) 597-4140 during normal office hours. Be sure to include these documents with your pre-application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
