The Johnson City Housing Authority (JCHA) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 0-5 Bedroom units at Pinecrest Apartments is currently open, since at least April, 2019, until further notice.To apply, visit the JCHA to pick up an application, located at 901 Pardee Street, Johnson City, Tennessee 37605, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am ET. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.The following documents are required with the application: Photo IDs for all adult household members, Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, bank statements, proof of marital status, contact information for current and previous landlords, and medical expense report for elderly or disabled family members.This waiting list has no preferences.Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time of application.
