The Pierre Housing and Redevelopment Commission (PHRC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The PHRC offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:Visit the PHRC office to pick up a pre-application, located at 301 W Pleasant Drive, Pierre, SD 57501, during normal office hours.Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (605) 773-7425 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
