The Housing Authority of Lancaster (HAL) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from August 2, 2021, until further notice.There are two ways to apply during the opening period: Complete an application in person at the HAL main office, located at 3502 Caroline Ct, Lancaster, SC 29720; every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.Print the paper application available here.
