Applications are being accepted from December 27, 2018 at 9:35 am ET, until further notice.To apply during the opening period, complete the online application here. After submitting the application, a Site Selection Chart must be completed. A Site Selection Chart can be obtained at the HACP Occupancy Department, located at 100 Ross Street, 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
