The Housing Authority of Indiana County (HAIC) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.Please note: Applicants residing in Pennsylvania have an approximate 6 month to a year wait for a voucher.There are two ways to obtain an application:1. Visit the housing authority in person to pick up an application, located at 104 Philadelphia St., Indiana, PA 15701, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.2.
