The Housing Authority of Malheur & Harney Counties (HAMHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:Visit the HAMHC office, located at 959 Fortner Street, Ontario, Oregon 97914, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm; and from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. The office is closed on Fridays.Request an application be mailed to you by calling (541) 889-9661. Once the application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.The following documentation is required with the application: Birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. This waiting list has the following preferences: victim of domestic violence, and living and/or working in Malheur or Harney County. For more information, call the HAMHC office at (541) 889-9661.
