The Wetumka Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 59 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. There are three ways to apply: Visit the WHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 121 N Canadian St, Wetumka, OK 74883, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (405) 452-3444 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income. The WHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
