The Pike Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) is currently accepting Emmitt Station Apartments waiting list applications.Emmit Station Apartments is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Rural Development community with 40 total units; including 16 1-Bedroom units, 22 2-Bedroom units, and two 3-Bedroom units.To apply, pick up an application at the PMHA office, located at 2626 Shyville Rd, Piketon, OH.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.
