The West Carthage Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals. Please Note: This housing authority does not offer public housing for families. This housing authority offers three apartment communities for senior/disabled individuals There are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 315-493-3581, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.2. Visit the housing authority office to pick up an application, located at 63 Madison Street, Carthage , NY 13619, during normal office hours. Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered or mailed to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time. This housing authority does not have a preference, your application is placed by date and time received.
