The waiting list has three subparts: Priority 1 - eligible applicants, resident of Saratoga Springs; need to prove at least 6 months residency or an honorably discharged veteran with proof of a DD-214 or active or a reserve veteranPriority 2 - past residents of Saratoga Springs with proof of previous residencyPriority 3 - non-resident of Saratoga Springs Preferences are veterans, resident of Saratoga Springs, work force, and domestic violence.
