The Niagara Falls Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. This housing authority offers four public housing communities, located throughout Niagara Falls. For a complete listing of the different communities, please follow this link. This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: homeless, living in substandard conditions, displaced by government action, victim of a hate crime, victim of domestic violence, or displaced by a natural disaster.
