The Housing Authority of the City of Sunland Park (HACSP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. The HACSP offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. To apply, visit the HACSP to pick up a pre-application, located at 100 Villa Del Rio Loop, Sunland Park, NM 88063, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm MT, Monday-Friday. Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. No documents are needed at this time. The HACSP does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Sunland Park.
