Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Dropped off at the Newark Housing Authority at the address above, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Mailed to the Newark Housing Authority at 500 Broad Street, 1st Floor, Newark, New Jersey, 07102.
