The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic (HACP) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted in April, 2017. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen. To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up the application at one of the following locations:HACP officeDepartment of Recreation & Senior AffairsPassaic Public LibraryNJ and Reid Memorial LibraryOnce the application was completed, it must have been hand delivered to the Community Center on April 10, 2017.This waiting list had the following preferences: Veteran, residents of the City of Passaic, head or spouse working in the City of Passaic.Applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.The HACP will notify applicants if they have qualified by mail.
