The Housing Authority of Gloucester County (HAGC) Mainstream (Non-Elderly Disabled) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one week in December, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.Please note: According to the HAGC, "Eligible applicants must be a non-elderly persons with a disability who are transitioning out of institutional or other segregated settings, at serious risk of institutionalization, homeless or at risk of becoming homeless."There were three ways to apply during the opening period:Complete the online application.Download and print the application online.Pick up an application at the HAGC office.Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been mailed to the HAGC. Mailed applications must have been postmarked no earlier than December 3, 2018, and no later than December 8, 2018.Preferences have not yet been confirmed.It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
