The Lebanon Housing Authority (LHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last opened for more than four months in April 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen. There were two ways to apply: 1. Visit the LHA to pick up an application, located at 31 Romano Circle, West Lebanon, NH 03784, during normal office hours. 2. Download the application, then print and complete. Once the application was completed, it could be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Applicants must have included copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The LHA did have a preference for individuals who have been displaced by fire or natural disaster.
