The Southern Pines Housing Authority (SPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The SPHA offers one Public Housing community with 101 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the SPHA on the second and third Tuesday of the month, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, to submit an application in person. The SPHA is located at 801 S Mechanic St, Southern Pines, NC 28387. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
