The Roanoke-Chowan Housing Authority (RCHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The RCHA offers seven Public Housing communities with 378 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply: Visit the RCHA in person, between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday. The RCHA is located at 205 Tinsley Way, Gaston, NC 27832. Be sure to bring these documents with you: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
