The Morganton Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The MHA offers two Public Housing communities with 247 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the MHA to submit an application in person, located at 100 Carolina St, Morganton, NC 28655, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, every Tuesday, except the first Tuesday of the month. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, photo IDs for all adult household members, marriage certificate if applicable.
