The City of Albemarle Department of Public Housing (CADPH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The CADPH offers one Public Housing community with 199 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the CADPH on the first Monday of the month to submit an application in person, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The CADPH is located at 300 S Bell Avenue, Albemarle, Stanly County, NC. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
