The Rolla Housing Authority (RHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice. To apply, visit the RHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1440 Forum Dr., # 1, Rolla, MO 65401, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday; and from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm on Fridays. Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, during the hours listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, and photo IDs for all adult household members. The RHA does have a preference for: Elderly or disabled applicants.
