The Noel Housing Authority (NHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households. Please note: The Public Housing waiting list for families is currently closed. The NHA offers one Public Housing community with 100 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. There are two ways to apply: Visit the NHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 624 Johnson Drive, Noel, MO 64854, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Request to have a pre-application mailed or faxed to you by calling (417) 475-3195 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
