The Lee's Summit Housing Authority (LSHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for general occupancy. The LSHA offers one Public Housing community with 116 units for general occupancy, ranging in size from studios to 2 bedrooms. To apply, you must visit the LSHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 111 SE Grand Ave., Lee's Summit, MO 64063, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Thursday. Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.
