The Lebanon Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. The LHA offers one Public Housing community with 162 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. To apply, visit the LHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1225 Maple Ln., Lebanon, MO 65536, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday. Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
