To apply, visit the ESHA to complete a pre-application, located at 320 W Excelsior St, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am CT; and 1:00 pm until 3:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to bring these original documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
