The Todd County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (TCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The TCHRA does accept families but, they must qualify for a one or two bedroom unit.The TCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 18 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are three ways to apply:Visit the TCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 300 Linden Avenue South, Browerville, MN 56438, from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm CT, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (320) 594-6388 or (866) 814-7713, from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm CT, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.Download a pre-application, authorization form, and criminal release form, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of Social Security Cards for everyone in the household.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the TCHRA website, or call the office at (320) 594-6388 or (866) 814-7713, from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm CT, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
