The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCCDA) Rural Development waiting list is currently open, since at least February 6, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.Please note: The SCCDA Rural Development program offers 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom units at the Britland Apartments in Jordan; and Efficiency, 1, and 2-Bedroom units at the Belle Haven Apartments in Belle Plaine.There are four ways to apply: Download and print the application online here.
