The Moorhead Public Housing Agency (MPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households. The MPHA offers one Public Housing community with 175 units for families and senior/disabled households. There are two ways to apply: Visit the MPHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 800 Second Avenue North, Moorhead, MN 56560 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 299-5458 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. No preferences were noted.
