The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) Family Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments is closed.The MPHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 5, 2021, until November 9, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:2 Persons $62,800 | 6 Persons $92,700 3 Persons $71,950 | 7 Persons $99,100 4 Persons $79,900 | 8 Persons $105,5005 Persons $86,300 This waiting list had the following preferences:Homeless/ Displaced/VAWA: Involuntarily displaced; homeless; living in substandard housing; or a VAWA victim who has been involuntarily displaced.Household consists of a dependent family member: Household has at least one dependent family member.
